Returns & Refund Policy – Label Rest
At Label Rest, we care about your satisfaction. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition.
 - Return/exchange request is made within 2 days of delivery.
 - A clear unboxing video is provided as proof of condition. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
 
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Email labelrestofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 87993 07349 with your Order Number and reason for return within 2 days of delivery.
 - If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the parcel using any reliable courier service.
 - Reverse pickup by Label Rest is available at a charge of ₹100.
 - For self-ship, share the tracking ID and order number on WhatsApp within 2 working days after approval.
 
Return & Exchange Charges
- Exchange fee: ₹100 per product.
 - Returns: ₹100 per product deducted from refunds for Return & RTO orders.
 - Reverse pickup: ₹100 (if requested).
 - Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Important Notes
- Requests made after the 2-day window will not be accepted.
 - Stitched, customized, or discounted/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 - Products must be returned in original packaging with tag and order number for identification.
 
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
 - Refunds are issued via UPI/NEFT. Please include bank details (account number and IFSC) in the return parcel.
 - COD orders: Cash/bank refunds are not available. Store credit (valid for 1 year) will be issued within 5 working days after return pickup.
 
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
 - Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
