Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a per-product basis and will be reflected on your checkout page.

India / Domestic Orders: Shipping cost is ₹100 per product.
Shipping Time

Domestic Orders: Products can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and may take 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines are approximate and items may be shipped earlier or later depending on product availability and other factors.

Delivery time is subject to external conditions beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen issues. We will keep you updated in case of significant delays. Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained for delay reasons.

Orders may sometimes be shipped in parts. If you choose to cancel, only the unshipped portion may be cancelled (not valid in all cases).
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure products listed on our website are in stock and that pricing is accurate.
In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, we will inform you within 5 working days of order placement.
Cancellations

Order changes or cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Address Information

Any changes to your shipping address must be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made after the parcel is shipped.

For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate. Courier companies may charge penalties for incorrect addresses (e.g., mismatched zip codes), which will be borne by the customer.

In case of re-shipment due to incorrect address or non-availability of receiver, re-shipping charges will apply.

Ensure someone is available to collect the parcel at delivery. In some cases, couriers may leave the parcel at the doorstep if no one answers. Our courier agents may not provide delivery signatures in such cases.
Lost in Transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we allow 15 days before reprocessing the same order.

If the same design is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or select an alternate product.
Other Conditions
Courier services are subject to delays due to natural calamities or national emergencies.
